Structural Survey & Reports

A structural survey gives the purchaser an independent appraisal and a professional evaluation of the overall condition of a property. This structural survey is a thorough examination of the interior and exterior of premises to determine its overall condition. A structural survey identifies any features of a building that require refurbishment or renovation, replacement or on-going maintenance. When a structural survey is completed a recommendation suggesting the proper remedy required to renovate or refurbish any apparent defects is then prepared. Each structural survey report will contain a list of budget costing’s of the main defects encountered during the property inspection.
